WhatDoYouMeanWhatDoIMean is a song Pete Egersheim (Making Incredible Time) wrote with his friend Jaye Bartell back when Pete was a teenager. He played it with his band The Suburban Rejects, and then again with 12Cent. 12Cent recorded it and released it on their album Bastard Music.
The Experiments cover it when they know Pete will be there to sing it. And here it is:
